My clients, a top brand estate agency who offer the most comprehensive training and support in the industry are seeking a Marketing Consultant for their Basildon branch. Basic £23K OTE 30K-£40K plus car/car allowance

Responsibilities for this Marketing Consultant role will include:

• Identifying new leads and generating new business
• Valuing and listing properties, giving customers the best possible service
• General support to the branch manager in the day to day running of the business
• Keeping up to date with current property market conditions and the local area
• Marketing expertise, ensuring customers receive excellent advice 

Skills & Experience for this Marketing Consultant role:

• Ability to build great relationships
• Capable of converting valuations into listings
• Self motivated and ambitious
• Positive and energetic attitude
• Full UK driving licence is essential
