Are you looking for a new exciting opportunity where your hard work and success are rewarded? Our client is a Well established Property company looking for Local Lettings Experts to expand their Lettings business into Newcastle. We are therefore looking for highly motivated and experienced property professionals with a proven track record of success in the industry. The role will be working from home, where you will manage your own diary, conducting valuations and viewings, and providing a first class service to the landlords and tenants. You will have the full support of an admin team who will take care of certain tasks to give you the maximum time to win new business and get the properties let. There will be some leads provided but you must have the ability and drive to generate new business. 
 
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, serving as the expert in your area.
  • Conduct property viewings and showcase available rentals to prospective tenants.
  • Provide guidance and advice to landlords on property marketing, pricing.
  • Stay up-to-date with local property market trends, rental values, and regulatory changes.
  • Use market insights to assist clients in making informed decisions regarding their rental properties.
  • Create appealing property listings and high-quality photos.
  • Utilize various marketing channels to promote available properties to let and attract prospective tenants.
  • Build the lettings business in your local area through different aspects of marketing.
Requirements for the role:
  • Previous experience in Lettings essential.
  • Strong knowledge of the local Lettings market and relevant regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle may be required for property visits.
