Lettings Professional - Guildford 
Salary: Basic £32,000 + Bonus payments = OTE £40,000

We are looking for a Lettings Professional who has several years of Lettings experience who would like a job where the do viewings, take calls, a little property management work and basically is  a general brilliant all rounder for an established independent company

This is a lovely role for someone who has matured in experience in the Lettings Industry who is a good all rounder and is unfazed by the multitude of queries you get on a day to day basis from rental queries though to conducing viewings though to dealing with a tenants leaks! 

The role is Mon - Fri 9-5.30pm and Saturdays on a rota with a day in lieu. (5 day working week)
