An exciting position has become available for motivated Lettings Negotiators to join thriving estate agency teams in West Byfleet and Woking. This is the perfect role for someone looking to take the next step in their property career within a forward-thinking and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Registering new applicants and managing property enquiries
• Booking and conducting property viewings
• Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants
• Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and colleagues
• Ensuring compliance and maintaining accurate records
• Working to and exceeding targets

About You

• Experience in lettings or a sales/customer service background
• Confident, personable, and highly organised
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven with a proactive attitude
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car
