Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and negotiate lettings deals, ensuring a smooth process from start to finish.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Conduct property viewings and valuations.
• Provide expert advice on the local rental market.
• Assist in driving new business and managing a portfolio of properties.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Lettings Negotiator with a strong track record.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of the Kensington rental market.
• Full UK driving license (required for car allowance).
