Lettings Negotiator
Basic Salary: £25,000 - £28,000
On-Target Earnings: £60,000
Additional Benefit: Car Allowance
Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
We are recruiting on behalf of a successful and expanding independent estate agency with a strong market presence and an excellent existing pipeline. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an ambitious Lettings Negotiator to join their established and high-performing team.

The Role
As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for managing the lettings process from enquiry through to tenancy completion, delivering a high level of service to landlords and applicants while contributing to the continued growth of the business.

The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Register applicants and conduct viewings
- Negotiate offers between landlords and tenants
- Progress tenancies from offer agreed to move-in
- Maintain regular contact with landlords and applicants
- Generate new business and contribute to portfolio growth
- Deliver consistently high levels of customer service
- Ensure all compliance and lettings procedures are followed
- Previous experience in residential lettings is preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven with a proactive and professional approach
- Well organised with excellent time management skills
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Competitive basic salary of £25,000 - £28,000 (dependent on experience)
- OTE of £60,000 with uncapped commission
- Car allowance
