Lettings Negotiator - Dorking - £30,000PA (OTE)

The ideal candidate:
 
We are seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator  ideally (but not essentially) qualified to Propertymark L3 technical award who possesses a strong track record and excellent communication and negotiating skills. The successful candidate should be able to work under pressure and, above all, to be driven and want to be part of a successful lettings department. Experience with Reapit is desirable but not essential. The candidate must have a full UK driving licence. 
 
Hours - 5 days a week (alternate Saturdays, with a day off in lieu the following week)
Salary: Basic of £22K (DOE) OTE £30K
