We’re looking for a confident, motivated Lettings Negotiator to join a leading independent estate agency. This is a fast-paced role with huge financial potential and clear progression for the right person. If you’ve got the right mindset, the opportunities are endless.

What You’ll Do

• Register new applicants and match them with properties
• Arrange and carry out viewings
• Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Negotiate offers and agree tenancy terms
• Handle referencing, tenancy paperwork, and move-ins
• Smash lettings targets and enjoy the rewards

What We’re Looking For

• A driven individual with a positive, can-do attitude
• Strong people and communication skills
• Experience in lettings helpful but not essential (full training provided)
• Target-driven with an eye for opportunity
• Full UK driving licence and own car required
