Our client, a well known estate agency ,is looking for an experienced Lettings Manager for their busy office in Woking, Surrey. Responsibilities for this Lettings Manager role will include:

• Managing a successful team
• Instructing new properties to the market
• Leading by example and delegating tasks

Skills & Experience for this Lettings Manager role:

• Management or Valuation experience in senior role
• Able to generate new business in a target driven environment
• Proven experience managing, leading and mentoring a team
• Outstanding customer care /customer service experience
• Resilient, positive and organised
