Lettings Manager
Basic Salary: £30,000 - £40,000
On-Target Earnings: £70,000+
Additional Benefit: Car Allowance

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly successful independent estate agency seeking an experienced Lettings Manager to lead and grow their lettings department. The Role
The Lettings Manager will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management and growth of the lettings department, overseeing performance, driving new business, and delivering an exceptional service to landlords and tenants alike.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage, motivate, and develop the lettings team to achieve and exceed targets
- Oversee the full lettings process from appraisal through to tenancy completion
- Generate new business and grow the managed and let portfolio
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and key stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with all relevant lettings legislation and regulatory requirements
- Monitor performance, reporting on results and implementing improvements where necessary
- Deliver consistently high levels of customer service
- Proven experience in residential lettings with a strong billing or management background
- Previous team leadership or management experience is desirable
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organisational skills
- Target-driven, commercially minded, and highly motivated
- Excellent understanding of lettings legislation and compliance
- Competitive basic salary of £30,000 - £40,000 (dependent on experience)
- OTE of £70,000+ with uncapped commission structure
