Lettings Manager - Barnehurst
 
We are looking for a Lettings Manager who would be able to register and interview potential tenants, show them available properties and complete their sign up paperwork. You will need to have previous experience in lettings, a full driving licence, calm personality, work well under pressure, professional and enthusiastic approach and be able to communicate well at all levels. We provide social housing and support to refugees so most of our tenants do not speak fluent English meaning you will require patience for this role. All our properties are in and around Barnehurst so you will need to be familiar with this area. Monday- Friday working week, possibly some weekends weekends.
 
SKILLS REQUIRED
 
The ideal candidate will be experienced in a pressurized customer service environment highly numerate and organized with eye for detail and a can do attitude and must have the following skills and experience:
  • Proven experience within customer service and lettings
  • Excellent both written and spoken English
  • Confident and clear speaking telephone manner
  • Confident driver (driving license is essential)
  • Excel & Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Property / Tenant management experience preferred
  • Local area knowledge (Barnehurst) and live locally
Position: Full Time
Hours: 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday
