Lettings Manager - Camden – 35k-40k Basic - OTE 100k + Car Allowance
Leading agent looking for an experienced Lettings Manager or Lister to manage one of their largest Northwest London offices.
This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced lettings manager or lister to run and manage a large office. You will need to be ambitious and work hard to achieve exceptional results, assisted by industry leading technology, back office support functions and wide-reaching marketing strategies to support both you and your customers. This allows you to spend your time focusing on developing & training your lettings team in order to hit & exceed targets.

- Delivering the highest level of service to all clients and setting the standards for the rest of the team
- Developing, motivating and training your negotiators
- Leading by example in all areas of your role as Lettings Manager
- Increasing market share and supporting business development objectives and continued growth in revenue
- Conducting quality valuations and win lettings instructions
- Working closely with senior management on high profile instructions and landlords
- Ensuring regular contact with landlord and tenants
