LETTINGS MANAGER
KENSINGTON
BASIC: £40,000 DOE
OTE: £80,000

I am looking for a Lettings Manager to run and develop a successful and fast growing new estate and lettings agency in Kensington.

While the focus of this role will of course be on managing the existing the current lettings stock, There will also be a focus on generating new business for the rental portfolio. As the business progresses there is also potential to move into a management role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Conduct market appraisals and instructing new business.
• Achieve targets and ensuring the office builds market share.
• Lead and ensure negotiators are on track to hit targets.

Requirements:

• Experience in residential lettings.
• Strong negotiation, communication and leaderhsip skills.
• Exceptional client relationship management abilities.

Job Benefits:

• Basic Salary package approx. £35,000-£40,000 DOE.
• OTE Approx. £80,000 in Y1.
