Job Title: Lettings Associate – Docklands & City Office
Salary: basic £35,000 OTE £75,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
We are looking for a driven and professional Lettings Lister to join a team at a Docklands and City office. With a 150-year legacy of excellence in the lettings industry, taking pride in providing outstanding service and a deep understanding of the property market. A large portion of business comes from repeat clients and referrals, highlighting the trusted reputation both locally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out and secure new business opportunities through self-generated appointments.
- Play a key role in helping the branch meet and surpass targets for property appraisals, instructions, lettings, and other performance indicators in line with the branch’s goals.
- Conduct thorough market appraisals and secure new instructions in accordance with company standards and conversion rates.
- Organise and host property viewings, ensuring excellent customer service throughout the process.
- Keep the applicant database up to date and manage it effectively.
- Maintain regular communication with landlords and tenants, ensuring all interactions are properly recorded.
- Oversee the lettings process from initial offer to move-in, ensuring a seamless transition.
- Contribute to business growth and support in generating new business opportunities.
- Assist with various administrative tasks in the office as needed.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients through trust and professionalism.
- Work closely with colleagues across all departments, referring business where appropriate.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Professional, positive attitude with a strong work ethic and enthusiasm.
- A customer-focused approach and a passion for exceeding targets.
- Self-motivated, with great attention to detail and high accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong arithmetic and English language skills.
- Full UK driving licence is essential.
