My client has been established in the area for 30 years, with the majority of their staff having also been with the business for a very long time. This 5 branch estate agency business are now looking for a lettings expert to join their newly rebranded Newmarket branch. 

We are on the lookout for someone experienced who can assist the business on the property management side, primarily dealing with the following :-

• Check Outs
• Mid Term Inspections
• Inventories
• Notice Inspections
• Marketing Videos and Floorplans
• Deposit Claim Handling
• Viewings

This is a really varied role, giving you plenty of opportunity to be out of the office and visiting different areas and properties. You will have lots of autonomy in this role and able to arrange your own diary. 

On offer is a basic salary in the region of £25,000 - £30,000.
