Basic Salary - £30,000 OTE expectation - £70,000+

- Lead Generation: Proactively source your own property leads through cold calling, networking, and grit.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring no opportunity slips through the cracks.
- Closing: Confidently present solutions, handle objections, and negotiate deals to exceed your targets.
- Client Relationship: Manage customer expectations with professional, "customer-first" service from start to finish.
- Reporting: Utilize our CRM to track performance and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience: At least 3 years of proven sales success (phone and face-to-face).
- Independence: The ability to generate your own leads and leverage your existing network to bring in property to let.
- Resilience: A winning mindset that isn't deterred by "no."
- Essential Tools: A Full UK Driving Licence and your own car (Please do not apply without these).
- Skills: Fluent English, excellent negotiation tactics, and proficiency with CRM/IT systems.
