Are you an experienced Property Manager ready to step up and lead from the front? This is your chance to take the reins as Head of Property Management in a thriving multi-branch operation based in Watford.
My client, a well-respected estate agency with three busy offices, is seeking a senior-level Property Management professional to oversee and enhance the day-to-day delivery of their property management service. With a solid lettings and property management team already in place, we’re looking for a strategic thinker who can roll their sleeves up, bring energy to the room, and drive best practice across the board.

What’s in it for you?

£30,000 - £35,000 basic (depending on experience)
Car allowance + commission structureOTE circa £52,000
On-site parking
8:45am – 6pm Monday to Friday
1 in 3 Saturdays (9am–5pm) with a day off in lieu

Your role as Head of Property Management will include:

Leading and mentoring a close-knit team of four
Managing the full tenancy lifecycle, from move-in to renewals and compliance
Handling escalations and complex issues with a calm and commercial approach
Ensuring processes are streamlined and compliant across all offices
Conducting property inspections and ensuring reports are completed to a high standard
Liaising with contractors and overseeing maintenance works
Overseeing end-of-tenancy processes and renewals
Keeping a sharp eye on KPIs, legislation, and service delivery

What you’ll need to succeed:

Proven experience as a Senior Property Manager or ready for your next step up
Exceptional organisation, time management, and leadership skills
Strong working knowledge of lettings legislation and property compliance
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Confidence working with CRMs and property software (tech-savvy is a must)
Full UK driving licence and access to your own well-maintained vehicle
