We are seeking an ambitious and strategic Head of Lettings to lead our thriving Richmond office and oversee operations across our successful lettings network in South West London.
As a market leader, we’re known for our premium service, exceptional results, and deep local market knowledge. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced lettings professional to step into a senior leadership role within a forward-thinking and well-respected brand.
Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the performance and growth of the lettings department across South West London
• Lead and inspire a high-performing team of negotiators and property managers
• Win new landlord instructions and build long-term client relationships
• Set and monitor KPIs, ensuring targets and service levels are consistently exceeded
• Ensure full compliance with lettings legislation and best practice
• Work closely with directors and marketing to expand brand presence and pipeline

About You:

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in residential lettings, with recent senior-level responsibility
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and business development skills
• In-depth knowledge of the Richmond and wider South West London rental market
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and commercially minded
• ARLA qualification (preferred)
• Full UK driving licence required
