Head of Lettings – Boutique Independent Agency | Wimbledon Village | £40,000–£45,000 Basic + OTE £80,000

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced and driven Head of Lettings to join a brilliant boutique independent agency based in the heart of Wimbledon Village.

This is a pivotal role for a confident, hands-on Lettings professional who will oversee all aspects of the Lettings operation — from administration and compliance through to business growth and portfolio management. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping and leading the Lettings department as the business continues to expand.

The Role

• Take full responsibility for running the Lettings Department, driving performance and growth.
• Oversee all Lettings Administration and compliance, ensuring full legal and procedural accuracy.
• Manage and nurture relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors, providing exceptional service at every stage.
• Assist in managing and expanding a small but growing portfolio, maintaining high standards of property management.
• Work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement strategies to grow the Lettings business.
• Identify new business opportunities and help to build the department’s long-term success.

About You

• Proven experience in a senior Lettings role — ideally as an Assistant Manager, Lettings Manager, or Head of Lettings.
• In-depth knowledge of Lettings legislation, compliance, and best practice.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• A motivated, hands-on approach with a focus on service and results.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive growth in a boutique, independent setting.
