A standout opportunity for an ambitious and results-driven Head of Lettings to take full ownership of growing one of London's most dynamic and progressive property businesses.
The Role
As Head of Lettings, you'll be responsible for driving branch success, shaping market presence, and delivering an exceptional lettings service. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will:
- Lead Business Development: Win new landlords and properties, targeting an 85%+ conversion from valuations.
- Drive Performance: Build, inspire, and manage a high-performing team with a focus on excellence.
- Own the Customer Journey: Ensure an outstanding lettings experience that reinforces a premium brand reputation.
- Achieve Results: Maintain key KPIs, including an 80%+ lettings success rate and strong long-term tenancy outcomes.
We're looking for a high-achieving professional with:
- 3-5+ years proven senior-level lettings experience and a strong track record of delivering high fees and long-term tenancies.
- Leadership capability to motivate and develop a successful team.
- A customer-first mindset, ensuring landlords and tenants receive exceptional service.
- Commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and excellent negotiation skills.
- Outstanding communication abilities.
- Highly competitive package with uncapped commission - OTE £80,000-£100,000.

Hours:
- Mon-Thu: 08:20-18:30
- Fri: 07:50-18:00
- Every other Saturday: 10:00-15:00
