Job Title: Head of Client Services

Salary: £35,000 (Basic) + OTE £80,000


We are seeking a driven Head of Client Services to lead our team at a market-leading estate agency in Southwest London. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact while earning a basic salary of £35,000, with OTE of £80,000.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a client services team to deliver exceptional service.
• Resolve client complaints and ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Develop strategies to improve the client experience.
• Monitor KPIs and drive team performance.
• Collaborate with sales and senior management to align client service goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior client-facing role, ideally in real estate.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Client-first approach with a track record of service excellence.
• Knowledge of the Southwest London property market (desirable).
