What will you be doing day to day:

• Providing a 360 service to private landlords and letting agents
• Ensuring all properties meet the correct legislations 
• Undertaking inventories, energy performance certificates, PAT testing and housing health and safety checks
• Creating reports for Landlords and Letting Agents
• Generating new clients by networking and approaching agents/landlords

Experience Required: 

• Property experience isn't essential
• various franchisee's within this brand come from various working backgrounds, however this opportunity would be absolutely ideal for anyone working within inventories, property management or residential lettings.
• Full training programme included within the franchise fee to get you up and running from day one
