Role Overview
As a Floating Branch Manager, you will -
- Lead and manage branches temporarily, ensuring consistent performance and customer satisfaction
- Motivate and inspire teams through daily meetings and coaching sessions
- List properties and advise vendors to achieve optimal pricing and service
- Stay informed about local market trends to maintain a reputation as a knowledgeable expert

Compensation & Benefits
- Basic Salary £30,000 (with guaranteed earnings for the initial 3–4 months.
- On-Target Earnings £50,000–£60,000
- Work Schedule 5 days per week, including alternate Saturday.
