Rayner Personnel are pleased to be partnering with one of the most popular Estate Agency giants in their search for an Experienced Property Manager for one of their branches in Surrey (Guildford).
This Experienced Property Manager role within the Property Management team offers professional advice and assistance to thousands of tenants and landlords who have requested our premium service, to ensure that each tenancy runs smoothly from start to finish. Each of our dedicated Property Managers provides a single point of contact for both landlords and tenants and offers advice on all aspects of the tenancy life cycle, including financial, rental and legal matters as well as organising any necessary maintenance projects.
One day working from home (once the initial induction period has passed).

The Experienced Property Manager should:
- Have prior Property Management experience
- Manage the various time tracking reports to ensure the meeting of development timelines.
- Liaising with solicitors, agents, franchisees, and contractors to ensure all current locations are progressing in negotiations and fit out as per deadlines.
- Overcome risks and obstacles encountered in the negotiation process by demonstrating the ability to proactively manage these challenges.
- Strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, the ability to problem solve, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Good knowledge of the property industry and the ability to manage a portfolio of 100 + properties
- Lead & manage the lease negotiation process
