Job description

My client is  looking for an Executive Property Manager to join their team in Bracknell. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service. Ideally candidates will have minimum of 12 months previous property management experience.

Responsibilities for this Executive Property Manager role will include:
  • Overseeing the management of a portfolio of properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and meet the needs of tenants and landlords.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of property management operations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure a high level of service is provided.
  • Advise and recommend course of action on a range of property issues.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Have accurate administrator skills.
  • Be highly organised with an acute attention to detail.
  • Be quick to learn and follow procedures.
  • Have previous customer service experience.
