Key Responsibilities

• Conduct property valuations and win new instructions
• Manage sales pipelines from instruction through to completion
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships
• Drive local awareness and promote your services
• Network and generate referrals to grow your business
• Collaborate with internal support teams and third-party partners

Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience as an Estate Agent, Lister, Valuer, or Branch Manager
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ambitious, self-motivated, and customer-focused
• Good local market knowledge
• Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to grow a successful business
