Customer Success Manager
Location: Remote
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000
OTE: £5,000
A fast-scaling PropTech provider is investing heavily in customer experience - and this role sits right at the centre of that mission.
The business delivers inspection, operations, and compliance technology to residential and commercial property organisations across the UK and internationally. With a growing client base and strong product adoption, they’re now looking for a Customer Success Manager who knows how to turn onboarding into long-term value.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you’ll own the journey from day one and help clients get maximum impact from the platform.

What You’ll Be Doing
Customer Onboarding & Enablement
- Own the onboarding journey from contract sign-off to successful go-live
- Deliver engaging product walkthroughs, training sessions, and onboarding plans
- Ensure customers understand how to use the platform to hit their goals
- Act as the main point of contact between customers, sales, and technical teams
- Translate technical functionality into clear, customer-friendly outcomes
- Support smooth handovers and manage expectations throughout the lifecycle
- Build strong, trusted relationships with key client stakeholders
- Monitor usage, engagement, and customer health
- Proactively spot risks, challenges, and opportunities for improvement
- Gather feedback and share insights with product and leadership teams
- Work with sales to identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities
- Support renewals by ensuring customers see ongoing value
- Fully remote role
- Regular virtual collaboration across sales, product, and technical teams
- Occasional travel to client meetings or company events
What They’re Looking For
- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Implementation
- Strong customer-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
- Confidence working with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to turn complex systems into clear, business-focused outcomes
- SaaS, PropTech, or property tech experience
- Highly organised, proactive, and solution-oriented
