Reporting to: Head of Customer Experience 
Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 

Founded in 2016, our client is a dynamic, fast-growing, and award-winning company revolutionising the property data space. It’s cutting-edge platform and reporting solutions cater to a varied B2B clientele including estate agents, mortgage brokers, conveyancers, and surveyors. We are on the lookout for a dedicated Customer Success Manager. This remote position reports directly to the Head of Customer Experience. The Role:

  • The Customer Success Manager will be instrumental in resolving customer issues via phone and email, ensuring a high level of service.

  • They are expected to communicate personalised solutions with care and excellence in every customer interaction.

  • Collaborating closely with internal teams, the role includes managing successful onboarding and continuous support.

  • The manager will proactively engage with existing customers, fostering product adoption as a trusted advisor.

  • Responsibilities also include efficient and accurate administration, adhering to necessary processes, and delivering Webinar training to enhance customer engagement.

Candidate Profile:

  • A high-performing individual who has demonstrated excellence in customer experience.

  • The ideal candidate will possess strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, capable of working effectively under pressure.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, multitasking, and organisational skills are essential.

  • The candidate should be an outstanding communicator, both verbally and in writing.

  • A proactive and conscientious approach to all tasks is a must, along with a belief that good is simply not good enough.
