What You'll Be Doing:

• Support day-to-day client accounting operations (rent collections, payments, reconciliations)
• Maintain accurate ledgers and ensure timely financial reporting
• Handle landlord and tenant queries with professionalism and clarity
• Ensure compliance with client accounting regulations and internal processes
• Assist in month-end reporting and audits
• Contribute to improving systems and processes

What You’ll Need:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a finance, lettings accounts, or property accounts role
• Strong Excel and numerical skills
• A proactive mindset with great attention to detail
• Confident communicator who thrives in a team setting
