Business Development Manager
Location: Remote
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000
OTE: £60,000 – £70,000

This company delivers inspection, operations, and compliance tech to some of the biggest names in property. Their platform helps property businesses streamline operations, improve reporting, and deliver outstanding customer experiences - and demand is accelerating across multiple verticals.
They’re now looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who knows how to open doors, build credibility, and turn conversations into long-term partnerships.

What You’ll Be Doing
Driving New Business
- Identify, engage, and win new clients across the residential property sector
- Own the full sales cycle — prospecting through to close
- Lead confident, value-led sales conversations with senior decision-makers
- Build and maintain a strong, well-qualified pipeline
- Work closely with marketing, product, and leadership to support growth
- Feed real market insight and customer feedback back into the business
- Build a strong network and reputation within residential property
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows
- Represent the business with confidence, credibility, and professionalism
- Fully remote role
- Occasional in-office sales meetings (a few days per year)
- Travel to UK and international industry events where relevant
What They’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or Sales Manager
- Strong background selling into commercial property or closely related sectors
- A confident relationship builder with excellent communication skills
- Commercially driven, self-motivated, and target-focused
- Experience in SaaS, PropTech, or property services (desirable, not essential)
