As Branch Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the branch, leading and motivating a high-performing sales team while implementing strategies to grow market share, listings, and revenue. Your key duties will include:
- Leading day-to-day branch operations and ensuring sales targets are achieved
- Driving new instructions and pushing for top market share in the local area
- Coaching, developing, and motivating team members
- Conducting valuations and winning instructions
- Ensuring excellent customer service standards throughout the branch
- Managing performance KPIs, compliance, and profitability
- Proven experience in residential estate agency, ideally in a management or senior sales role
- Strong valuation and instruction-winning record
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Highly driven, self-motivated, and target-oriented
- Knowledge of the Brighton property market (preferred)
- Full UK driving licence
- Up to £60,000 OTE (Basic + Commission + Bonuses)
