Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily running of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high‑performing team of negotiators and support staff
- Drive sales performance to meet and exceed branch targets
- Manage valuations, instructions, viewings, and negotiations to maximise revenue
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, industry standards, and company policies
- Monitor local market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
- Build strong relationships with vendors, buyers, landlords, and tenants
- Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold the agency's reputation
- Produce regular performance reports and forecasts for senior management
- Maintain a positive, professional, and proactive office culture
Required Experience & Skills
- Previous experience managing an estate agency branch or similar office environment
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent knowledge of the property market (local knowledge of the Isle of Wight is a bonus)
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
