Overview
A leading estate agency on the Isle of Wight is seeking an experienced and driven Branch Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operations of a busy office. This role suits someone with a proven track record of managing a team, delivering strong sales performance, and consistently hitting ambitious targets. The ideal candidate will bring energy, leadership, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily running of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high‑performing team of negotiators and support staff
  • Drive sales performance to meet and exceed branch targets
  • Manage valuations, instructions, viewings, and negotiations to maximise revenue
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, industry standards, and company policies
  • Monitor local market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
  • Build strong relationships with vendors, buyers, landlords, and tenants
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold the agency's reputation
  • Produce regular performance reports and forecasts for senior management
  • Maintain a positive, professional, and proactive office culture
 
Required Experience & Skills
  • Previous experience managing an estate agency branch or similar office environment
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Excellent knowledge of the property market (local knowledge of the Isle of Wight is a bonus)
  • Confident communicator with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong commercial awareness and results‑driven mindset
  • Competent with CRM systems and general office software

Package
