Assistant Branch Manager - Brighton & Hove Salary: Basic £25K, CA £3K ,OTE £45K
We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join and develop with a forward thinking independent Estate Agency. My client is a market leader in the Brighton and Hove and are always looking for ambitious hungry candidates who want to pursue their career.
You should have at least 2 years previous experience in Estate Agency and must genuinely like dealing with people in a business context and believe passionately in delivering a superior customer service. You will need drive and determination to succeed.

- Generate potential valuation appointments for each branch
- Win new instructions
- Listing and selling properties together with ancillary services
- Follow-up business leads
- Achieve minimum levels of business targets
- Be target orientated with a proven track record of achievement
- Be enthusiastic and motivated at all times
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be highly organised
- Have the ability to develop and maintain internal and external relationships
- Display high standards of service and presentation
- 3 years plus experience in the Estate Agency industry
- Previous listing experience, preferably within the area
