Rayner Personnel are working with a Reigate based popular Independent Estate Agent offering bespoke sales, lettings and property management services, who are currently seeking an Area Valuer/Lister. 
If you have experience as an Area Lister or Area Valuer valuing properties or are an experienced negotiator keen to take the next step in your career in the Reigate area, then this role could be for you.  
Responsibilities as an Area Lister/Area Valuer:   
  • Develop and implement strategies to generate leads, attract new clients, and increase brand awareness in the local market. 
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. 
  • Keep up to date with market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the game. 
  • Drive and achieve branch targets, leading by example and motivating the team. 
  • Updating company internal CRM system 
  • Attend networking events and site visits 
  • Develop new business accounts 
  • Create new property proposals   
 The successful candidate will have:
  • A proven track record in sale-driven environment
  • experience meeting targets as well as great communication and negotiation skills
  • Customer service excellence
  • Own vehicle and full UK driving licence
  • Be a people person and have attention to detail  
  • Property industry experience  
£30,000 basic 
Up to £3600 car allowance  
OTE up to £50,000
