Account Manager
Location: Remote
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000
OTE: £45,000 – £50,000
A fast-growing PropTech provider is expanding its commercial team and looking for an Account Manager who loves converting warm demand into long-term customers.

What You’ll Be Doing
Inbound Sales & Deal Conversion
- Manage and convert warm inbound leads
- Own the full sales journey from first enquiry to close
- Build rapport quickly with a friendly, consultative approach
- Understand customer challenges and recommend the best-fit solution
- Act as a trusted advisor throughout the buying journey
- Consistently hit and exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain clean, accurate pipeline and forecasting
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams
- Fully remote role
- Structured onboarding and ongoing sales coaching
- Collaborative, supportive virtual sales environment
What They’re Looking For
- Experience in sales or account management, ideally inbound-focused
- A natural relationship builder with a customer-first mindset
- Confident, engaging communicator who brings energy to conversations
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment
- Experience in PropTech, SaaS, or property (nice to have, not essential)
