Account Manager
Location: Remote & Field-Based | Midlands
Salary: £26,000 Basic
OTE: £50,000 – £55,000 (Uncapped Commission)

About the Role
This is a true hybrid sales role blending account management with new business generation.
  
You’ll take ownership of your patch, growing existing relationships, reactivating dormant accounts, and creating new introducer partnerships through outstanding service and proactive outreach. If you thrive on autonomy, momentum, and measurable results - you’ll feel right at home here.
  
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with estate agents and mortgage brokers
  • Drive growth from existing accounts - more engagement, more referrals, more revenue
  • Reactivate dormant accounts through insight-led, value-driven conversations
  • Generate your own leads and win new introducers online and face-to-face
  • Hold regular partner check-ins to understand goals, remove blockers, and boost performance
  • Spot trends and opportunities to deepen loyalty and increase partner output
  • Use HubSpot to manage pipeline, activity, and account performance with precision
  • Represent the business at industry events, networking sessions, exhibitions, and awards evenings
    
What They’re Looking For
  • Strong B2B sales or account management experience
  • Background in property, conveyancing, PropTech, or financial services (ideal, not essential)
  • A natural relationship-builder with a competitive edge and hunger to win
  • Comfortable working autonomously and generating opportunities daily
  • Sharp commercial awareness with excellent follow-up discipline
  • CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
  • Conveyancing knowledge helpful - but full training is provided
