You’ll be responsible for carrying out property valuations and converting them into instructions, playing a key role in growing our market share and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate and professional property valuations
• Convert valuations into instructions through excellent communication and negotiation
• Provide expert advice on market trends, pricing, and the selling/letting process
• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Collaborate with the wider team to meet branch performance targets
• Maintain detailed records on our CRM system
• Stay up to date with local market conditions and competitor activity
• Ensure all processes and documentation are compliant and in line with company standards

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in property valuations or a similar sales-focused role
• Strong knowledge of the local Torquay market or surrounding areas
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Confident, professional, and highly organised
• Driven by targets and results
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
