�� What You'll Be Doing:
- Matching potential tenants with their perfect property.
- Getting to know our portfolio like the back of your hand.
- Booking and conducting property viewings with a personal touch.
- Negotiating between landlords and tenants to secure successful lets.
- Previous customer-facing experience (ideally office-based).
- A natural communicator with a professional and positive attitude.
- Confident, competitive, and eager to learn.
- Tech-savvy and quick to pick up new systems.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own car.
- £21,000 – £24,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
- Quarterly performance bonuses + additional commission from referrals.
- Realistic OTE: £22,000 – £25,000+ in year one.
- Claim back business mileage at an agreed rate.

- Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
- Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
- Saturday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
