Senior Sales Associate - Docklands - Salary 20k-22.5k DOE - Car Allowance - OTE 45k - Career Progression.
Market leading agent is looking for a bright and motivated Senior Sales Associate to help drive sales and continue to build upon the success of this business.
You will be a sales “superstar” with 3-5 years’ experience in Estate Agency. You will be self-motivated, wanting to work as part of a team and eager to impress. - Manage and prioritise business opportunities.
- Provide a positive, initial point of contact for sellers and buyers.
- Carry out viewings and gather buyer feedback.
- Stay aware of the market conditions and offer professional advice.
- Refer customers who require advice on mortgage and conveyance products.
- Ability to build great relationships.
- Demonstrate your ability to gain commitment from buyers and sellers.
- Hands on approach - the ability to list property would be an advantage.
- Strong estate agency core skills.
- Customer focused and team player.
- £20k - £22.5k basic salary DOE.
- Car allowance.
- OTE £45k - £50k
