Lettings Negotiator – Step Up to Senior Level | Prime East London | OTE £60k+ Location: London City Island, E14
Basic Salary: £25,000 + uncapped commission (OTE £61,500+)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Registering, qualifying, and matching applicants to the best rental properties

• Booking and conducting viewings with a high conversion rate

• Negotiating offers and managing the process through to successful move-in

• Providing market insight and delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants

• Driving performance in a team that rewards ambition and initiative

✅You’ll Need To Bring:

• A solid track record as a Lettings Negotiator

• A full UK driving licence (essential)

• Great communication and closing skills

• The hunger to push for results and grow into a leadership role

• ARLA qualification? Great—but not essential
