��Realistic Earnings (including commission): £55000

�� Key Responsibilities:

Valuations & Listings: Conduct property valuations and bring new rental properties onto the market.
Client Management: Build strong relationships with landlords, ensuring their properties are marketed effectively and rented quickly.
Viewings & Negotiation: Arrange and conduct property viewings, negotiate rental agreements between tenants and landlords.
Compliance: Ensure all legal and safety requirements are met (Right to Rent checks, EPCs, Gas Safety Certs, etc.).
Team Leadership: Support or mentor junior negotiators, sometimes stepping into management duties.
Target Achievement: Hit and exceed individual and office rental targets or KPIs.

�� Required Skills & Experience:

Solid experience in lettings, usually 2+ years minimum.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong knowledge of the lettings process and relevant legislation.
Target-driven with a good sales instinct.
Full driving licence (often essential).
Familiarity with property CRM systems (e.g., Reapit, Vebra).
