Sales Progressor
Southville - Bristol
Basic salary - £28,000
Bonuses & Incentives
Mon - Friday
My client is looking for a Sales Progressor to join their Award-Winning independent Estate Agent, who are committed to consistently delivering a high standard of performance, service and advice to all customers.
The Sales Progressor will be tenacious, accurate, driven and committed – be an excellent communicator and relationship builder who has an intricate knowledge of the sales progression process.
The successful candidate will have a passion to be part of the sales process from the moment the sale has agreed, through to exchange and completion. This is a paramount role which is built on relationships, trust and clear communication.
Job role will include: -
- Guiding the customer through every step of the after sales process
- Liaising with mortgage brokers, surveyors and conveyancers
- Updating all parties and managing the process in an efficient manner
- Delivering a first-class customer experience
Do you have what it takes?
- 1 years industry experience
- Excellent knowledge of the after sales & conveyancing process
- Good communicator
- Exceptional organisation
- The ability to solve problems, with good attention to detail
Working Hours
Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm
