Basic Salary: £21,000
OTE: £53,000 - £60,000

Key Responsibilities - Sales Negotiator

  • Qualify applicants, understand their needs, and match them with suitable properties

  • Proactively create opportunities through high-volume database calls

  • Cross-sell across branches and New Homes portfolio

  • Conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and close deals

  • Deliver outstanding customer service at every stage

  • Collaborate with your team to achieve ambitious annual targets

What's Required

  • Proven residential sales experience with a strong track record

  • Excellent communicator with the ability to build trust quickly

  • Knowledge of the London property market

  • Tenacious, proactive, and target-driven

  • Strong understanding of the sales process and legislation

  • Dedicated to exceeding client expectations

  • Full UK driving licence - essential
