Basic Salary: £21,000
OTE: £53,000 - £60,000

Key Responsibilities - Sales Negotiator
Qualify applicants, understand their needs, and match them with suitable properties
Proactively create opportunities through high-volume database calls
Cross-sell across branches and New Homes portfolio
Conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and close deals
Deliver outstanding customer service at every stage
Collaborate with your team to achieve ambitious annual targets
What's Required
Proven residential sales experience with a strong track record
Excellent communicator with the ability to build trust quickly
Knowledge of the London property market
Tenacious, proactive, and target-driven
Strong understanding of the sales process and legislation
Dedicated to exceeding client expectations
Full UK driving licence - essential
