The Role:

• Register and qualify applicants, matching them to suitable properties
• Conduct property viewings and follow up promptly
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and applicants
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve branch and individual targets
• Support with generating new business where required

About You:

• Minimum of 1 year’s experience in residential sales
• Confident, personable, and target-driven
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent customer service approach
• Local market knowledge is a plus (but not essential)
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
