Job description
Estate Agent – Full Training Provided – OTE £25K–£35K
We’re working with a highly respected, award-winning estate agency group that’s known for developing top performers and promoting from within. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone looking to kickstart or further their career in property, with clear pathways for progression and uncapped earnings.
In this role, you’ll be building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, matching their needs to available properties, and delivering consistently high levels of service. You’ll need to manage your diary effectively to maximise appointments and activity levels, all while communicating with professionalism and confidence — both face to face and over the phone.
All the training you’ll need will be provided, including structured learning and mentoring from experienced professionals. You’ll be supported to develop quickly and have the chance to gain promotion within your first year, with additional bonus incentives for strong performers.
Earning potential is uncapped, with realistic on-target earnings in the region of £25,000 to £35,000. You’ll also benefit from annual prize trips, a paid day off for your birthday after probation, and increasing holiday entitlement after two years’ service.
To be considered, you’ll need previous experience in sales or customer service — estate agency experience is welcome but not essential. What matters most is that you’re target-driven, enthusiastic, well-presented and highly organised. You’ll also need to be a car owner with a full UK driving licence, business insurance, and the legal right to work in the UK.
