Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business performance by leading and motivating a top-tier sales team.
- Set and implement strategies to exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Win new instructions, generate fresh business opportunities, and oversee the full sales process from valuation to completion.
- Recruit, train, and mentor team members to ensure consistent high performance.
- Maintain and grow strong client relationships by delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Identify local market trends and use insights to expand the company’s presence and competitive edge.
- Proven experience in residential property sales, ideally in a managerial or leadership role.
- A track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong people management skills with a passion for developing talent.
- A confident, persuasive communicator with strong relationship-building abilities.
- Proactive, strategic, and commercially aware – always seeking new opportunities to grow market share.
- Exceptional earnings potential – realistic OTE of £110k to £150k.
