Are you a driven property professional ready to take the lead? We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to head up a successful Farnham branch.

At the heart of this role is leadership, local expertise, and results. You’ll be responsible for motivating a team, growing market share, and delivering exceptional client experiences — all with the support of a trusted, nationally backed property group.

What you’ll be doing:
✔ Driving residential sales and winning new instructions
✔ Leading, mentoring, and developing your branch team
✔ Setting and exceeding branch targets
✔ Delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining top reviews
✔ Promoting the brand across the local market

What we’re looking for:
✅ Proven experience in residential estate agency (Senior Negotiator or above)
✅ Strong track record of winning business and hitting targets
✅ Natural leadership and people development skills
✅ Local market knowledge of Farnham and surrounding areas
