Our Clients have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Director to join their brand covering the Midlands & Northwest region. This is an opportunity to help continue to drive the business forward - You will be responsible for 10 branches across the area. Driving KPIs and achieving business growth, through dedication, strong leadership and commitment.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Senior Management, with a proven track record of managing a multi-office operation in Estate Agency.

SENIOR MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE WITH A MULTI-OFFICE BACKGROUND IS ESSENTIAL FOR THIS ROLE.

• An experienced Area Manager who is ready for the next stage in their career.
• An inspirational leader of people with the ability to manage and mentor a team of Branch Managers
• Experience of Managing multi offices.
• A proven track record of leading a team and regularly meeting and succeeding KPIs.
• Resilient, proactive, and competitive
• A Full UK driving licence holder.
