Job Title: Senior Sales & Lettings Negotiator
Location: Totteridge – Covering Mill Hill, Radlett, Bushey & Elstree
Salary: £25k - £30k Basic + Lucrative Commission (OTE £60K–£70K+)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Sales & Lettings Negotiator to take a leading role within a well-established and successful team. This is a dual-role position involving both sales and lettings of high-value properties. You will be a key player in growing market share, delivering an exceptional client experience, and mentoring junior negotiators as needed.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle high-end residential sales and lettings from valuation to completion (where appropriate)
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with UHNW clients, landlords, and developers
  • Conduct valuations, negotiate offers, and see deals through to exchange/completion
  • Proactively manage and convert leads to instructions
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local market and competitors
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure properties are presented effectively
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members
  • Ensure legal and compliance standards are consistently met
 
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in estate agency, with a strong track record in both sales and lettings
  • Experience working with high-value homes and discerning clientele
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed personal and team targets
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • A professional, credible, and polished individual with a proactive mindset
  • Full UK driving licence and own car (essential)
  • ARLA/NFoPP or similar qualifications are beneficial but not essential
