Basic Salary: £23,000 + Guaranteed Earnings (First 3 Months)
OTE: £45,000 – £50,000
Car Allowance: £2,500 or Company Car

The Package

• Basic Salary: £23,000
• Guaranteed Earnings for your first 3 months
• Realistic OTE: £45,000 – £50,000
• Car Allowance (£2,500) or Company Car
• Flexible 5-day week, with 2 Saturdays on / 1 off

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert marketing advice to clients to secure the best results
• Confidently list properties and win instructions
• Stay up to date with market trends and position yourself as a trusted local expert
• Proactively generate new business opportunities
• Work with the team to match buyers with the right homes
• Support branch operations and profitability
• Help motivate the team and step in during morning meetings when required
